Smite-Bomb
This is my first time ever posting on this forum so please don't flame me for doing something wrong. Instead, just correct me.
I have developed a new build to be used in Hero's Ascent. The team-makeup is similar to IWAY, but in no way involves the skill IWAY or W/R's.
Basically, you have 5 W/Mo's, 1 Mo/E, and 2 Mo/?'s. The strategy with this build is to load up the tanks with enchantments such as Balthazar's Aura, Balthazar's Spirit, Holy Wrath, and Retribution for maximum smite dammage. The warriors are outfitted with Axe-spike skills such as Eviscerate and Dismember and keep themselves healthy by using enchantments such as Live Vicariously and Vigorous Spirit. Here are the specifics (btw base means not including runes):
W/Mo x5: 11 (base) axe mastery, 10 healing prayers, 9 (base) strength
Skills:- dismember
- axe rake or excecutioner's strike
- eviscerate [elite]
- cyclone axe
- live vicariously
- vigorous spirit
- healing touch
- resurection signet
Smiteward (Mo/E) x1: 11 earth magic, 6 (base) devine favor, 12 (base) smite prayers
Skills:- ward against melee
- ward against foes
- smite hex
- zealot's fire
- shield of judgement [elite]
- balthazar's aura
- judge's insight
- resurection
Smiteheal (Mo/?) x1: 11 (base) smite prayers, 12 (base) healing prayers, 6 (base) devine favor
Skills:- healing seed
- dwayna's kiss
- heal other or healing breeze
- smite hex
- zealot's fire
- holy wrath
- shield of judgement [elite]
- balthazar's spirit
Smiteprot (Mo/?) x1: 12 (base) protection prayers, 11 (base) smiting prayers, 6 (base) devine favor
Skills:- reversal of fortune
- mend ailment
- shield of regeneration [elite]
- rebirth
- smite hex
- retribution
- balthazar's spirit
- zealot's fire
Sooooo.... What do you think? Any suggestions or modifications? Any good strategies? See any weaknesses? No flaming please!

Imo this would be easily countered with wards, blind and hexes like spirit of failure, which are popular due to iway and warrior heavy teams like WM. If just one of your warriors is blinded for a few seocnds thats damage not dealt, whereas if you had casters with damage delaing it wouldnt be a problem. Also you have no shutdown or anything bad enough to hurt casters like monks from just spamming their skill bars. People have ran 8 w/mo teams with mending and were successful so who know this could work.

you have soooo many smite skills, but you forget to use strength of honor! that's like the most important skill in a build like this...
also, any HA group (not iway) brings enchantement removals. also, with iway so popular, groups bring wards and/or SS necros, both insanely hurting your build.
only one monk in your team has condition removal, that means that if he dies/a trapper is on the enemy team (very likely), all your warriors will be bleeding, crippled and blinded (at least). all the enemy team needs to do is ball up in a ward/traps/SS...
also, when the enemy team sees holy wrath, they will either remove it, attack monks or just use spells... only AI is stupid enough to keep attacking...
your healing is very weak.
no spike protection.
one of your monks has ressurect - bad idea...
your warriors have evis AND dismember.
your warriors have healing touch with no divine favour.
i could go on...

i agree with mortalis on this build... i think if u maybe just plan out some more skills better and buff up on more wards and healing spells this build could have a shot.
BTW Live Vicariously doesnt benefit the person enchanted by it. it only heals the caster so it wont keep your warriors healthy in any way just the caster

i think the warrior IS the caster in this situation...?
anyway, there are holes in the build...i wont bother renaming, but maybe having one monk with martyr would help with removal? im not a big fan of wammos so i cant contribute much

The biggest hole i see is you have holy wrath on casters with other energy skills. They will be losing 10 energy whenever holy wrath causes damage and won't leave any energy for anything else. If you're gonna use holy wrath in this build, put it on one (or all) of the wamoos and fill up the rest of thier bar with adrenal skills.
